Overreacting? Don't think so.

Analyze the situation.

Silent cries during the night.
Eerie voices stretching out for you.
You were running, far into the dark woods.
You brushed past twigs and branches that cut your skin deeply.
You're still running.
Running from that horror which wants to devour your soul.
Slowly, you fell and hit on a tree trunk.
Which leads you into a concussion.

Moments later, you woke up in the middle of nowhere but of a mirror facing you.
You brushed your hair, and looked into the mirror and you gasped towards the mirror.
One of your eye has been poked by a twig, your nose fell off, mouth tearing open apart, half of your teeth is lost.
As if your face is massacred by a chainsaw.
As droplets of blood being run down as you are tearing, you lost that moment of faith, hope, pride, as well as your dignity.

You turn around, looking for a way out.
Suddenly, a person points towards to you.
And said.
"That's what you get, you're worthless retribution."
She laughed, and slowly her laughter became torture to your ears.
That sharp and eerie laughter.
She slowly disappeared from your sight.
You were dazed, and stranded.
Still tearing, and dripping,
Your flesh turned into food for the hungry animals.

All ripped apart, and eaten alive.
